Light but fully satisfying Vegetable Pasta

Your search has led you down the vast farms of vegetables, and since you have come to love vegetables, you don’t mind at all if you sometimes go all out vegetarian. What matters more is that you learn to make the dish so you can enjoy it again.
In the recently published "Easy Vegetarian Recipes" cookbooklet by Mama Sita’s, the chefs behind the popular brand of mixes and sauces featured Vegetable Pasta.
It’s an easy-to-prepare macaroni dish with tomato-based and spaghetti sauce that you can make every time you crave for something light but will satisfy your hunger.
Vegetable Pasta
Ingredients:
1 pack (330 grams) macaroni noodles, cooked according to package directions
2 tbsps. cooking oil
2 tbsps. crushed garlic
1 pc. onion, chopped
2/3 cup chopped celery stalks
5 pcs. Baguio beans, diced
3/4 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 pouch (250 grams) Mama Sita’s Kiddie Spaghetti Sauce
1 pouch (200 grams) Mama Sita’s Tomato Sauce
1/4 cup grated cheese
Procedure:
1. In a pan, sauté garlic, onion and celery in oil over medium heat until celery and onion are soft.
2. Stir in carrots, Baguio beans, and mushrooms. Continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
3. Pour in some water and continue cooking over medium heat until Baguio beans are tender.
4. Stir in Mama Sita’s Kiddie Spaghetti Sauce and Mama Sita’s Tomato Sauce. Continue cooking until liquid starts to boil.
5. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
6. Arrange cooked macaroni on plate. Pour vegetable mixture over the pasta and top with grated cheese. Serve.
