Rainy day treat: Spicy Creamy Udon

Spicy Creamy Udon with Pork Belly
Ingredients:
4 slices pork belly
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsps. Arla Butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsps. minced onion
1 tbsp. Gochujang sauce
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup Nestlé All Purpose Cream
1 1/2 tsps. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tsps. sugar
1/4 wedge lemon
1/4 cup Arla Mozzarella Cheese, grated
1/4 cup Arla Cheddar Cheese, grated
2 packs udon noodles
For garnish:
1 egg yolk
Chopped spring onion
Procedure:
1. Season pork belly with salt and pepper. Cook until pork is lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
2. Using the same pan, sauté garlic and onion in butter.
3. Add Gochujang. Deglaze with water and add cream.
4. Season with salt, pepper, sugar, and lemon juice. Add Cheddar cheese.
5. Add fresh udon noodles. Cook until noodles have separated.
6. Add mozzarella cheese.
7. Transfer to a plate. Top with pork belly, green onion, and an egg yolk.
