MANILA, Philippines — Isang aktibong pulis na vlogger ang kinasuhan matapos batikusin nito sa kaniyang Facebook account ang pamunuan ng Philippine National Police (PNP), maging ang Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. nitong Lunes.

Kasong paglabag sa Article 142 ng RPC (Inci­ting to Sedition) na may kaugnayan sa  R.A 10175 0 Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012, ang isinampa ng pamunuan ng Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit ng Quezon City Police District (CIDU-QCPD) laban kay Patrolman Francis Steve Tallion Fontillas, nakatalaga sa  District Personnel Holding and Accounting Section (DPHAS) sa Quezon City prosecutor’s office.

Nag-ugat ang kaso  sa post sa social media ng pulis kasunod ng pag-aresto kay dating Pangulong Rodrigo Roa Duterte.

Ilan sa pinost ni Fontanillas sa kaniyang FB account na Fonts Stv Vlogs ay ang “I am telling the truth. The war on drugs was not just for the purpose of killing. War on drugs was designed to eliminate criminals to prevent worse killings and murders any those criminal.”

Kabilang pa sa post nito ang “PRRD-the only president that Filipino loe so much. PBBM-consi­dered president but not respected by the people.”

Tila hinihikayat din umano nito ang mga ­kapwa pulis na magsalita o magmensahe sa kaniya pero hindi nito nilinaw kung ito at tungkol sa pag-aresto kay Duterte.

Sa rekord mula sa District Personnel Records and Management Division (DPRMD), si Fontillas ay itinalaga sa DPHAS noong Pebrero 20, 2025, ngunit absent without official leave (AWOL) mula noong Marso 6, ngayong taon.
