Chef’s Exclusives this November at Richmonde

MANILA, Philippines - Experience a banquet like no other as the Richmonde Café presents fine delicacies made by its team of chefs headed by Executive Chef Jason Cruz, this month of November with the Chef’s Exclusives.

This monthly offering includes a three-course meal offered at only P795 nett and is available all day, every day. Devour your first mouthwatering treat with a choice of either the Grilled Prawns Bruschetta with Grissini Stick and Pesto Cream topped with Olive Oil or Chef’s Fresh Soup Creation of the Day. 

After this appetizing starter, choose between the Pan-fried Herbed Pork Loin with Grilled Vegetables and Parsleyed Potatoes with Blueberry Sauce or the Tilapia Fillet with Bell Pepper, Pineapple Strips and Capers served with Mushroom Rice Pilaf and Vegetable Bouquet.

And finally, indulge in Cannoli with Cream Cheese Fillling and Pistachio in Blueberry Sorbet.

This meal is further enhanced with a glass of Luis Felipe Edwards Cabernet Sauvignon Pupilla or Luis Felipe Edwards Sauvignon Blanc Pupilla from Chile.

This Chef’s Exclusives set is available all days of November at the Richmonde Café located at the second floor of Richmonde Hotel Ortigas.
