Emperor's Chicken at Super Bowl of China

MANILA, Philippines - Super Bowl of China offers four new dishes. These are the hot shrimp and fish salad with shelled fresh shrimp and boneless fish fillet at P300; Emperor’s Chicken with Mandarin sauce at P260; Chinese chorizo fried rice, sautéed rice with Chinese chorizo, oriental sausages, black mushrooms at P190; and shrimp and egg fooyong, scrambled eggs stuffed with shrimp, Baguio petchay, and carrots at 170. The new dishes are available until June 30.

Super Bowl of China restaurants are located at the 4th level, SM Megamall Atrium, Mandaluyong City; 2nd level, Glorietta 4, Ayala Center, Makati City; 3rd level, Chef’s Avenue, Festival Mall, Alabang; 3rd level, Gateway Mall, Araneta Center, Cubao, Q.C.; ground floor, Main Mall, SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City; M1 Activity Center, TriNoma, North EDSA, Q.C.; ground floor, Midtown Wing, Robinsons Place, Manila; and the affiliated Big Buddha restaurant at the 2nd level, Greenbelt 3, Ayala Center, Makati City.

King Paddle at ClawDaddy

ClawDaddy introduces the King Paddle loaded with baby back ribs, beef ribs, quarter chicken and Texas sausages with three side dishes.

Other delish picks include baby back ribs, fish and chips, pasta, crabs, fresh water prawns, shrimps, New Zealand mussels, clams, sausages and steak.

Flying Pig at Tomas Morato

Flying Pig introduces its newest dish — roasted suckling pig with bacon rice pilaf and balsamic liver.

Other best-sellers are smoked cuchinillo, suckling pig smoked in hickory wood in a charcoal grill; classic callos, slow- cooked tripe, chorizo, sausage and chickpeas in tomato pimiento sauce; paella con salpicao Catalan-style, saffron rice topped with garlic oil marinated beef tenderloin strips, among others.

The Peninsula Manila’s Mi Piace Italian Specialty restaurant presents “Il Carnivale Venetian Food Festival” ongoing until Feb. 27.
