Three new waffle treats from Pancake House

MANILA, Philippines - Pancake House offers three new meals: the classic chicken and biscuit, southern chicken strips with orange and olive salad, and the southern chicken strips with crispy waffles.

The maple chicken and crispy waffle is reminiscent of the classic chicken and biscuit. The dish is given a new twist by drenching the chicken with sweet maple glaze and served with the restaurant’s popular crispy waffle.

The healthy southern chicken strips with orange and olive salad is a combination of lightly breaded and corn-flakes crusted tender chicken breast strips with Parmesan gravy, while the southern chicken strips with crispy waffle is served with mixed greens, grapes and cucumber slivers.

Pancake House now offers new and healthy alternatives to their extensive list of classic and all-time favorite waffles. The caramel banana walnut waffle, for example, is now made with wheat or rye. It’s available in different variants: classic, cheese, chocolate marble, peach, bacon and fresh fruits.
