New chef at Two Seasons Coron

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Expect new and exciting culinary offerings at the Two Seasons Coron Island Resort and Spa with the recent appointment of Felwin Pangilinan as executive chef.

Of Kapampangan descent, Felwin brings his expertise to the table and his commitment to please guests with every handcrafted meal.

The 29-year-old chef trained at the Global Culinary and Hospitality Academy before embarking on his first professional stint at The Goose Station.  He then served as a chef de partie at Two Seasons Resorts in Boracay. His skills, attention to detail and signature style in the kitchen earned him another promotion as sous chef and, shortly after, as the hotel’s executive chef.

Two Seasons Coron strengthens its stature as one of the culinary destinations in Palawan offering the best of island flavors along with world-class accommodations surrounded by breathtaking scenery, premier recreational activities and the highly acclaimed Narra Spa.

For those planning their vacations in 2015, let Two Seasons, the first eco-friendly island resort in Coron, take you to a different kind of adventure. It is idyllic, secluded and serene yet steeped in luxury, with 42 beautiful villas. There are also water sports for thrill-seeking guests and excursions to different islands in Palawan.
