Enjoy a wide range of fresh sushi and sashimi, such as maguro (tuna), Norwegian salmon, tamago yaki (egg roll), kappa maki (cucumber roll) and California maki, alongside such exquisite dishes as tori karaage (deep fried chicken), vegetable and shrimp tempura, Japanese curry, yasai itame (stir-fried vegetables) and many more.
The action station offers tender US beef sukiyaki mixed with vegetables boiled in a rich, savory broth. Complement the meal with chahan (Japanese fried rice), miso soup and mugicha, a traditional Japanese tea made of roasted barley served hot or cold.
Kitsho’s dishes are infused with Japanese influences, each one carefully prepared and attended to by Japanese executive chef Masahiro Mizumoto, who has devoted 28 years of experience and talent to mastering the art of Japanese cuisine.
