Richmonde Café's Chef Exclusives this March

-

MANILA, Philippines - The Richmonde Café features another unique, refreshing and delectable collection of exquisite dishes this March, courtesy of Executive Chef Jason Cruz and his kitchen team, to usher in the summer season and satisfy your meal cravings any time of the day.

The appetizing Eggplant Parmigiana starter gives diners a tasty prelude to the mouthwatering choices for the main attraction.

The entrée selection of Royal Fish Fillet of oven-baked, herb-marinated fish fillet served with champagne sauce, mashed potato and a bouquet of seasonal vegetables, and Tortellacci Al Porcini, which is a plateful of over-sized ravioli with porcini mushroom and parmesan cheese with cream of tomatoes and riccotta cheese sauce, are both guaranteed to be filling, flavorsome and absolutely enjoyable.

And to complement your chosen entrée, a glass of Chilean wines Gato Negro Chiraz or Gato Negro Chardonnay will be served.

Although choosing between the two main dishes may be a tough decision, the dessert of Carrot Pudding drizzled with Vanilla Sauce gives an easy, uncomplicated and apt finale to this lovely meal priced at only P795 nett.

Richmonde Café’s Chef’s Exclusives is available all days of March. Richmonde Café is at the second floor of Richmonde Hotel Ortigas, 21 San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
