Culinary Institute of Aristocrat accepts enrollees

MANILA, Philippines - Boutique culinary school Culinary Institute of Aristocrat (CIA) is now accepting enrollees for its two-month program on the fundamentals of professional cooking. Classes, which will start on March 14 are scheduled at 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., from Thursday to Saturday.

The institute is holding a cooking demo by the Culinary Institute of Aristocrat program chairperson and Chefs on Parade 2013 competition and judging committee chair chef Jose Gabriel “Gab” Prats today, 2 p.m, at The Aristocrat Restaurant Roxas Branch.
