Ayala Malls Solenad opens in Nuvali
MANILA, Philippines - With the completion of its third wing, Ayala Malls Solenad launches more than 200 shopping, dining and entertainment options for Laguna and neighboring districts Tagaytay, Batangas and Muntinlupa.
Boasting over 40,000 sqm. of retail space, Solenad brings together the best mix of local and global fashion brands, cafes and dining options all under one roof.
Solenad bears the same excellence Ayala Malls developments are known for. It distinguishes itself by building on the uniqueness of its location and vibrancy of its community. Nestled in the thriving district of Nuvali, Sta. Rosa, Solenad provides more than just retail spaces for boutiques and restaurants, it is also one of the first malls to embrace the outdoor active lifestyle, and reflects this through generous walkways, naturally ventilated spaces, bike lanes and pocket gardens. It has a two-hectare Activity Park that offers a cool, relaxing shade where families, working professionals and students can revel in the mall’s beautiful and lush landscaping.
The Activity Park has an 800 sqm. atrium that can be transformed into an entertainment and events venue for concerts, concept fairs and exhibits, product launches and more. The smaller gardens will cater to more intimate shows, children’s or pocket activities. It also houses an outdoor playground that features spring riders, a slide, and unique luminescent (glow-in-the-dark) swings on colorful rubber flooring.
During the launch of Ayala Malls Solenad last Aug. 6, Ayala Land Inc. president and CEO Bobby Dy said, “When we were planning this new mall, we really wanted something different from what you would find in the retail offerings in Sta. Rosa. True enough, we’ve differentiated ourselves. This is going to be a highly pedestrian–friendly mall, with a lot of open spaces and shopping and dining options. The mix of offerings is also going to be unique and different. We will feature a Fiesta Market and a Hawker’s Market, aside from main global brands that will be part of the mix.” Dy also shared that this new development will boost business and uplift the lives of those living within the area as it will generate at least 1,000 new jobs.

Aside from the staple of retail stores, restaurants and services, Ayala Malls Solenad will also have a department store, cinemas and a Fiesta Market that will house a Hawker’s Market food court and a fresh market venue for fruits, flowers and vegetables.
