The Kapampangan word for it is manyaman!Favorites are bibingka with quesong puti or queso de bola and salted egg (P100), and puto bumbong with grated coconut and mascuvado (P95), seafood pancit luglog (P112), tofu sisig (P98), sisig ni Mely (P112) the lengua in mushroom sauce (P236), kare-kare (P259).

Groups can share the fiesta platter only (P620) that comes with grilled pork belly, chicken barbecue, steamed shrimp, grilled, stuffed milkfish, grilled eggplant with burong hipon, grilled mussels, mustard leaves and a variety of dips.
