Anne Curtis to co-lead interior design masterclass

MANILA, Philippines — Actress-host Anne Curtis will take part in an upcoming interior design masterclass helmed by an Australian home and lifestyle brand.
Anko is holding the masterclass with the actress next month.
Joining Anne is Sarah Dummett, Kmart Australia's (a sister company of Anko) business manager for home as they share styling tips and their top picks from Anko's new Home Living Collection, which arrives in the brand's three Philippine branches on August 25.
Designed by the brand's in-house buying and design team in Melbourne, the Home Living Collection introduces sculptural forms, rich and playful textures, saturated hues, and pops of accent colors that complement every Filipino home.
These include curvy furniture, color-blocked cushions, ripple-edged mirrors, and textured ceramics. Anne shared that her favorite from the collection is the Sage Ceramic Sauté Pan from the ceramic cookware range, which goes for P1,500.

Sarah said the pieces in the collection are designed to be versatile, noting in a statement that customers are always on the lookout for ways to refresh homes on a budget.
"Whether you're looking to create a vibrant, maximalist space or a calm, neutral sanctuary, the range makes it easy and fun to mix, match, and truly make a space your own," Sarah also said.
Rachel Turner, Anko Philippines' country manager, said in her own statement that the pieces in the collection perfectly match the Filipino way of living as they are "welcoming, expressive, and full of character."
"We believe that great design should be accessible, and this range is proof of that. The Mali Lounge Chair is already a sell-out in Australia, and I wouldn't be surprised if it flies off the shelves here too," Rachel added.
The masterclass will be on September 8 at Anko's TriNoma branch and is exclusive for Anko Club members.
