New world introduces new chef, manager

MANILA, Philippines - New World Makati City, Manila Hotel’s general manager Farid Schoucair announces the appointment of Wong Kam On as the new executive chef of Jasmine restaurant and Kendrick Tan as its new manager. Wong brings with him more than 20 years of extensive experience in the Chinese culinary industry. In his present position as Jasmine’s executive chef, Wong will introduce a new and creative menu to the already famous Jasmine selection, bringing the restaurant to a higher level of world-class dining. Also joining the dynamic Jasmine team is the new restaurant manager Kendrick Tan. He has gained experience to spearhead the restaurant in continuously maintaining a high level of quality service and guest satisfaction that Jasmine is known for.
