Soderno Night Market reopens today in Alabang
MANILA, Philippines - From the same organizers of the highly successful Mercato Centrale in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, the Soderno Night Food Market at Molito Lifestyle Center, Alabang (corner of Commerce and Madrigal Avenues, in front of Alabang Town Center) serves the vibrant night food community of the South every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6 p.m. to 12 midnight starting today.
Soderno Night Food Market brings together food and dessert finds from all over the South like Rice Pots, Tong Baracas barbeque, Elle’s Torta, Piper’s Pan pasteries and more, along with the favorite food and dessert stalls from Mercato like Big Bob’s fresh char-grilled burgers with mozzarella, Juana Bowl’s juicy rib-eye steaks, Manila Q’s ‘Bagwang’, Pinoy street foods, Med Chef’s revel bars and pastries, Mio Gelato home-made Italian ice cream, and Serendipitea Milk Teas. Soderno marketgoers can also enjoy great food and lively company while enjoying the free Wi-Fi, live sounds, and air-conditioned tent.
“After a short break, we’re very happy to re-open the Soderno night food market this September,” says Anton Diaz, co-organizer of Soderno and the man behind the popular food and travel blog www.ourawesomeplanet.com. “Last July, we successfully held the Ultimate Taste Test, a food event where our market-goers had a chance to be food critics for a night. It looks like the South-based foodies are raring for more unique food and dessert offerings!”
“To make the Soderno market experience even more enjoyable, we have weekly themed bazaars in the market for the holiday season,” shares RJ Ledesma, another co-organizer of Soderno. “We have chosen reputable bazaar organizers who are known for their great selection of bags, shoes, apparel, men’s wear, beauty products, novelty items and more.”
