Kitchen Adventure Circle holds East vs. West cook-off in Serendra
MANILA, Philippines – The annual Kitchen Adventure Circle (KAC) held a cook-off recently at the GE Monogram Experience Center in Serendra, Fort Bonifacio.
Around 60 KAC members trooped to the center to witness the culinary battle.
Chefs Bruce Lim and Eugene Raymundo starred in the East vs. West cook-off, which was followed by a cooking competition between two members of the KAC.
Chef Lim, who represented Asian cuisine, manages and cooks for Chef’s Table. He is also the co-host of Angel Aquino in Tablescapes: Life on a Plate. Representing Western gastronomy was chef Eugene Raymundo, senior chef consultant of Limone Culinary Concepts and the managing partner and executive chef of Five Cows Restaurant and the Ice Cream Bar in TriNoma Mall.

The cooker was the perfect accessory for the cook-offs due to its heavy-duty capabilities.
