Stop snoring and save your social life

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - A large percentage of Filipinos, male and female, suffer from snoring.

Not only do they lose out on getting the healthy amount of eight hours of sleep each night, their snoring also becomes a test of friendship. During summer outings, for instance, best friends stay together for the drinks and the fun, but when sleep time comes, everyone would like to have a fair share of restful sleep. This doesn’t happen when one of the BFFs starts to snore like the bass section of a symphony orchestra. Little by little, you notice that even the best of your pals will shy away from hearing distance during bunk time.

But people who snore really can’t help it most of the time. The snoring stems from exhaustion, health conditions, and high blood pressure and can be a manifestation of an even bigger problem like obstructive sleep apnea. This can be very dangerous as it may lead to the obstruction of the person’s airway. Usually, this situation occurs in people in the mid-30s. Snoring problems can also be linked to other conditions such as memory loss, depression, diabetes, acid reflux, and even heart attack.

While others opt to go to sleep clinics to deal with the problem, others have found a practical, non-invasive and inexpensive treatment for their snoring. Fortunately, the AntiSnor Acupressure Ring is in town and available at selected Watsons stores.

While sleep clinics may charge high rates, the AntiSnor Acupressure Ring costs only P1,500. All you need to do is slip the ring into your small finger 30 minutes before you go to sleep. Developed in Australia, this product is made from hypoallergenic material and is FDA-approved. French clinical tests showed participants proclaiming it as very effective in stopping snoring, thus promoting sleep satisfaction.

The reason for the effectiveness of the AntiSnor Acupressure Ring is quite simple. The small groves on the ring work on the acupressure points in your small finger (pinky), which activates the ulnar nerve. This nerve is the largest, unprotected, and the most vulnerable nerve in the human body. Chinese acupressure works in the same way. Many treatments exist based on Chinese acupressure simply by using finger massage on acupressure points.
