MANILA, Philippines – Kimpura offers its holiday platters (dine-in or to-go). Platter 1 has super California roll, kani crunchy maki, tamago sashimi, yaki gyoza, gyu asparamaki, and tori kara-age. Platter 2 includes Philadelphia roll, ebi tempura maki, ebiko roll, dynamite roll and dragon roll (both platters are priced at P1,595+ each).

Free fish fillet in taosi or sweet and sour sauce at Luk Yuen

Luk Yuen offers customers who dine for a minimum bill of P1,000 a complimentary dish of fish fillet in taosi or sweet-and-sour sauce.

Holiday meal at Peking Garden

Peking Garden has a special set menu for the holidays. The meal includes four kinds of appetizer, a choice of bird’s nest soup with dried scallops and shredded chicken or silver fungus with dried scallops and shredded chicken soup. The main course is a whole Peking duck, followed by tiger prawns with scrambled egg white, steamed lapu-lapu with crispy anchovies, poached seasonal vegetables with dried scallops and golden mushrooms, deep-fried peppercorn crabs, fried rice with seaweed and seafood, and for dessert, chilled mango shake with sago.

Kick-ass Lemongras and Comotea Commotion from Bayani Brew

Bayani Brew created every day drinks that are big on flavor and natural ingredients.  Try the Bayani Brew Kick-ass Lemongrass.  It’s brewed from all-natural lemongrass and pandan. Or the  Bayani Brew Camotea Commotion, which is made from all-natural sweet potato purple leaf tops. Both variants retail at P47 per bottle. Christmas day lunch and dinner buffet at Diamond Hotel
