MANILA, Philippines - For its 33rd anniversary, Luk Yuen treats diners to free asado siopao with any order of its congee (choice of shrimp, century egg with lean meat, pork liver, chicken with button mushroom, lapu-lapu fillet, the classic halo halo, sliced beef or pork ball/bola bola) or noodles in soup (choice of wanton, ravioli, wanton noodle, King Dao pork, beef brisket, ravioli, chicken or beef wanton). This offer is good until July 20.
