SM Aura redefines the traditional food court
MANILA, Philippines - Food on Four, the new and refined dining experience at SM Aura Premier, the latest high-end lifestyle destination project in Taguig City, opened recently.
Showcasing international flavors such as Brasas Latin American Street Food, Four Seasons Chinese Cuisine, as well as Japanese barbecue at Yakitori One, Food on Four can satisfy even the most discriminate palate.
Filipino food and the taste of home can also be enjoyed at Eat Pinoy by Cabalen. Old favorites like the Singaporean 4 Fingers Crispy Chicken, fresh Italian cooking at Sbarro, and sizzling steaks from Pepper Lunch Express can also be found at the food court.
For dessert, check out the choco yema cupcakes at Slice, which is owned by Senator Pia Cayetano; the Mango Crumble at Crazy Crepes; and the Caramel Pecanbon at Cinnabon.
From Cuban Puerco asado or the pork rice platter of Brasas Latin American Street Food, to lechon Macao of Four Seasons Chinese Cuisine, grilled pork butabara or pork belly of Yakitori One, to paksiw na ulo ng salmon of Eat Pinoy by Cabalen, Food on Four is a haven for local eats. Also try the tofu and mushroom salad with sesame soyu dressing at 4 Fingers Crispy Chicken; The “Perfect†Cheesecake at Sbarro; and the shimofuri (beef containing high-quality fat) pepper steak from Australia at Pepper Lunch Express.
Food on Four is a unique and novel dining concept. The food court boasts high windows, and provides natural lighting that creates a bright and sophisticated ambience.
Restaurateur Margarita Fores of Cibo and Grace Park, model and host of the 2nd Avenue show Appetite Wars Victor Basa, as well as SM Supermalls president Annie Garcia and SM Food court operations assistant vice president Froilan Manotok graced the opening and ribbon cutting of Food on Four. This new food venue is located at the fourth level of the mall.
