MANILA, Philippines - Diamond Hotel offers its dinner buffets. Corniche Restaurant offers a new lineup every night. On Tuesdays it’s Cena Española with Spanish dishes like tapas, cocidos and paella Valenciana, made perfect with a free flow of sangria. The buffet is P1,930 per person. Thursday night is steak night with choices of US striploin steak, US rib eye steak, US hanger steak, beef tenderloin steak and roasted US prime. The buffet comes with free-flowing red wine for only P2,335 per person. Friday nights are Italian with gourmet pizzas, antipasti and sausages, along with a variety of cheeses, meat, and seafood dishes. The buffet comes with free-flowing Italian wine for P1,930 per person.
