This year’s highlight is Culinaria Capampangan, as prepared by renowned chef Sau Del Rosario of Villa Café. Capampangan fare includes crispy pata kare-kare, lamb chops ratatouille in kaldereta sauce, whole maya-maya Mayonesa, whole baby lechon with stuffed curried rice (bringhe) and crowd-pleasing pork sisig with foie gras and organic egg.
