Chef Mitchie Sison holds countrywide cooking demo
MANILA, Philippines - Chef Mitchie Sison goes on a countrywide cooking demo tour??Chef Mitchie Sison of Ka-Toque fame is giving food lovers a rare chance to learn useful cooking tips and secrets straight from a trained professional. This famous dessert chef is currently traveling all over the country to conduct live cooking demos and concoct not just the desserts she is so famous for but other mouthwatering dishes as well. Her tour began last April this year and continues until November.
These live demos also show off chef Mitchie’s elegant and highly functional cookware set, the Mitchie Chef’s Classics line from Sunnex.
?The Mitchie Chef’s Classics line is a 13-piece collection that includes a two-in-one salt and pepper grinder, a clog-proof oil sprayer, and a set of high-quality stainless steel pots and pans.
Chef Mitchie says that the oil spray was specifically designed for people seeking a healthier lifestyle; it helps one minimize the use of cooking oil in frying. ??“Instead of pouring oil into your pan and letting your food swim in it, you can just spritz your pan with a thin layer of oil to keep your food from sticking,” she explains.??The two-in-one salt and pepper grinder is one of her favorite gadgets, for it keeps handily together.
The stars of chef Mitchie’s cookware line, however, are the pots and pans. These are die cast from surgical-grade stainless steel and have encapsulated aluminum bottoms.
James Sy, the president and CEO of the LJS Group of Companies, which manufactures the Mitchie Chef’s Classics line of cookware, states that in addition to being beautiful, these pots and pans are exceptionally sturdy.
“They are die cast. The molten steel is poured into the mold to make the pans and handles. That makes them very solid and durable. They will not warp, crack, nor discolor.”
Catch chef Mitchie and her cookware in action in different SM branches all the weekends of August to November.
