For teens, The Maya Kitchen offers Young People’s Cook-In from April 12 to15, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The course features party cakes like celebration cakes and cupcakes; cookie workshop (learn to bake and package them attractively); and brunch cooking with recipes for quiche, scones, and healthy breakfast drinks by chef Mercedes Camacho-Peterson.
