Brazilian food fest at Edsa Shangri-La
MANILA, Philippines - Edsa Shangri-La’s Heat Restaurant offers the “Churrascaria Craze,” a Brazilian festival, which features Brazilian- style barbecue on giant skewers.
The promo starts on July 3 and will run every Saturday of July from 6 to 10:30 p.m.
Eight churrasco varieties will be offered like gaucho, sirloin or whole rib eye with red vinegar dip; paulista, beef tenderloin with banana butter coating; churrasco with chimichurri sauce, boned sirloin steak with white vinegar, jalapeño, oregano and olive oil dip; churrasquinhos, bite-sized barbecue beef tenderloin and bacon with olive oil and lemon juice; churrasco de frango, chicken barbecue with Brazilian vinaigrette; churrasco de porco, pork barbecue marinated in Spanish paprika with pineapple salsa; churrasco de caneiro, lamb rack or leg with rosemary and lime rub and churrasco de chorizo, chorizo sausage with cloves.
Heat is open daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. with a la carte and buffet options.
Breakfast is from 6 to 10 a.m., lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and dinner from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m.
