Renaissance Makati Hotel opens Jasmine Restaurant
MANILA, Philippines – The Renaissance Makati City Hotel, Manila introduces Jasmine, the latest addition to its line–up of new restaurants.
Jasmine’s master chef is Choi Wing Ki. The menu features authentic Cantonese creations like marinated baby abalone with supreme oyster sauce; braised shark’s fin with crabmeat; wok-fried sea mantis with dried chili, black bean, and crispy garlic; roasted baby pigeon, wok-fried scallops with X.O. sauce, among others. Specialties are braised sea cucumber with flower mushrooms and abalone sauce in clay pot; stewed fish maw with shrimps, chicken, and pacific clams; braised eggplant filled with shrimp mousse topped with bamboo pith in chili sauce. All-time Cantonese favorites include imperial roast Peking duck, and various abalone and bird’s nest preparations. All-you-can-eat ice cream tops the family menu.

Italianni’s offers five new veritable Italian-American menus with a twist.
