New Year’s Do Or Diet

Dear Mary,

For my New Year’s resolution, I would like to lose weight by trying the 3-Day Diet. But before I do so, could I ask some questions?

1) About the saltine crackers, are these like Sky Flakes or BluSkies?

2) Regarding the tea, I understand it’s the regular tea like green tea or black tea. Can iced tea be substituted like the commercially available C2 lemon tea?

3) About the tuna, it this the one in water or the one in vegetable oil?

4) As for the sweet potatoes that one can take on the other four days, are fried sweet potatoes with sugar (camote-cue) acceptable?

May I also drink soya milk like Westsoy during the four days-off?

2) Lemon tea is with sugar. You must take your tea plain.

3) It’s the tuna packed in water.

4) Your sweet potatoes must be boiled.

5) Yes, Westsoy is acceptable when you’re not on the three-day diet.
