Formal daytime dress: What and wear

I would like to ask what formal daytime dress is. If this is the required attire, can I wear pants? And please suggest nice tops because I’m a bit fat. Lastly, what are the good colors to wear if it’s a 1:30 p.m. affair?

If the dress code is formal daytime dress, I’d wear a dress, not pants. For tops, wear a lace or a cotton top with sleeves or a long jacket (up to the waist). As for the colors, choose beige, dark blue or gray. For skirt, wear one that’s below the knee.

Everyone admires your really white skin.

I hear guys talking about how maputi you are all the time, and it makes us girls very insecure.

Maputi girls, as we all know, frequently get compliments from guys about their white skin.

I am also maputi, but nothing compared to you.

You have truly become the "standard" of whiteness, and whenever your advertisements come out on TV, all my guy ka-barkadas really drool over your super puti complexion. Everyone calls you a super whitey. Help! SOS! How can girls who are somewhat white become as white as you? Any advice? We all wanna be known as super whiteys, too!

I, for one, do not know how I became super white. The only connection I can think of is that my mom tells me she had a penchant for kesong puti while she was pregnant with me. I used to fight my color desperately, basking under the sun and piling on all sorts of products – from regular tanners to coke, coconut oil, even beer – but to no avail. I would only turn as red as a lobster, then peel and end up all freckled and splotchy. One day, I just decided to give up what apparently was an exercise in futility and just be happy with what God has given me. I know I will never be dark so I just really take care of my skin. I would rather have white, healthy skin than have a golden but dry, wrinkled one. As such, I stay away from the sun and when I do get exposed to it, I make sure I slather on sunblock with the highest spf.

Yes, you can, but first go to a reputable optician, try the contact lenses for comfort and for looks. You might decide that green eyes are not for you.
