The Chef’s Noodle is the restaurant’s signature dish, which is topped with tamago, spouts, fried tofu, jun-ya, kutchai and beef broth. It will also serve spicy Korean noodles like bibim noodles, which are cold noodles topped with bulgogi, tamago, sprouts, kutchai with sweet and spicy bibim sauce. There’s also japchae, or sweet potato noodles (dangmyeon) stir fried in sesame oil with vegetables and bulgogi.
