B Casa: Barbie Forteza spending Christmas in new house
MANILA, Philippines — Actress Barbie Forteza will celebrate the holidays in a new house with her family.
Barbie shared on her Instagram account photos of herself and with her parents on a sofa beside a Christmas tree, noting in the caption the house is officially theirs after just a year.
"Signed and sealed with blood, sweat and a whole lotta tears. It was not an easy journey but it was all worth it. Grateful for everything," the actress added with several emojis.
Among those who congratulated Barbie and greeted her for the holidays were Glaiza de Castro, Kris Bernal, Agot Isidro, Rita Daniela, Ashley Ortega, Kate Valdez, Rodjun Cruz, Chynna Ortaleza-Cipriano, Gina Alajar, and Rocco Nacino.
Topping all those was a comment by Barbie's boyfriend Jak Roberto, "Congrats mahal ko! Witness ako dyan! I’m so proud of you!!!"
Barbie said she was going to build a new home for her family two years ago and frequently gave updates on its progress.
The three-storey house's completion was among the reasons why Barbie opted not to purchase tickets to see Taylor Swift live, going viral when she was gifted merchandise by her "Maria Clara at Ibarra" co-star Rain Matienzo.
