Everywhere else, we are together
MANILA, Philippines - We were visitors from another time. We didn’t know where we were, what to do, what to expect. I looked at him, and his eyes told me that everything will be okay. We wandered around and found ourselves lost over and over again, and eventually found no use in asking questions. We started getting to know each other like we did when we first met, found the happy in the littlest things about being with each other. We danced in the middle of nowhere, kissed like no tomorrow, watched life go on around us. It was only then when all of our surroundings started to melt into familiarity, and finally, we found ourselves home again. His name is Gustavo, and he is my home.
