What happens when stars fall in Manila? A Spanish restaurant and bar opens, that's what.
Or at least, that's true for Stars Restaurant and Bar, made famous in the US by internationally-renowned chef Jereimiah Tower, whose Manila branch at the Glorietta 4 in Makati closed sometime last year.
