Wide Awake

Two weeks ago I bid a heartbreaking farewell to my twenties and fell into a state of panic as I embarked on my 30th year. As the bittersweet revelry ended, I realized that I wasn’t getting any younger. Keeping in mind that age is merely a number, what I was most concerned with was my looks (admit it, we’re all vain) and maintaining a somewhat youthful appearance. Thus began my frantic search for the greatest potions and lotions out there that would hopefully salvage my fading youth. Combing the Internet, scouring the beauty aisles and having lengthy discussions with friends and my dermatologist over what the winning products are ate into my free time so I decided to give it a rest after a while.
