A diamond celebration

There was an unmistakable warmth and quiet elegance at the Manila Golf and Country Club in Makati City as Alexander “Bombie” Ricafort marked his 60th birthday surrounded by nearly 200 cherished loved ones and friends. Eschewing extravagance in favor of heartfelt hospitality, the well-loved celebrator gathered relatives, childhood companions, De La Salle University classmates, golf buddies and longtime family friends for an evening filled with laughter, meaningful conversations and thoughtful details.

Guests delighted in a sumptuous feast highlighted by sashimi featuring premium General Santos tuna and salmon, imported ham served with warm mini pan de sal, an abundant spread of Pampanga delicacies such as suman, bibingka, and assorted tamales wrapped in fresh leaves, as well as an array of native fruits.

Graciously overseeing every detail was Bombie’s elegant wife, Maricel, while proud parents Benny and Dr. Nona Ricafort warmly welcomed guests throughout the evening.
