At Spices from 6 p.m.  to 11 p.m., a night of oriental delights awaits the intrepid diner when going on the spice trails of India, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia. Ladies will receive a long-stemmed red rose.

At Old Manila from 6:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., enjoy the stylish and elegant surroundings while indulging in a romantic five-course menu reflecting Old Manila chef de cuisine Samuel Linder’s Modern European culinary roots: P4,500 (including a glass of Champagne) or P3,900 (adults). Ladies will receive a long-stemmed red rose.

At Escolta from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., enjoy a sumptuous buffet specially prepared for couples who want to celebrate their love in a relaxing and casual atmosphere: P3,100 (includes a glass of Champagne), P2,200 (adults) and P1,200 (children under 12). Ladies will receive a long-stemmed red rose.

At Salon de Ning from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m., Madame Ning invites the uncommitted and unfettered to a singles night the likes of which Manila has never seen. Sizzle and shine in her Black Valentine Singles Party. Ladies will receive a long-stemmed red rose.

From now until Feb. 28, The Peninsula offers Valentine’s room packages. Room rates for the one-night “Key to Your Heart” package are P8,000 for a deluxe room, P10,000 for a grand deluxe and P17,000 for a premier suite. Rates for the two-night “Time T(w)ogether” package are P7,000 for a deluxe room, P9,000 for a grand deluxe and P16,000 for a premier suite.
