A night of bests

MANILA, Philippines - Hosts Tricia Centenera and Carla Dunareanu kicked off YStyle’s 10th anniversary bash by dishing out four awesome awards to five lucky guests. These awards, presented by YStyle’s partners, Tattoo, Zact, SM Milanos, SM Parisian and Havaianas, were Best in Fun Formal, Best in Fun Footwear, King of Social Media and the Instagrammy Award.

Throughout the night, guests were encouraged to post photos of the event on Twitter and Instagram, tag @ItsOnYStyle and include the proper hashtags, in order to win cool prizes.

Best in Fun Formal

Havaianas started the night off by honoring the two guests (one male and one female) who best captured the essence of “fun formal” from head-to-toe. The winners each received a gift pack care of Havaianas with items from their latest collection inspired by Gil Elvgren.

The Instagrammy Award

Winner: Chelsea Robato, model

No celebration would be complete without a selfie (or ten) and YStyle’s 10th anniversary bash was no exception. The Instagrammy award was dished out to the guest who snapped the best selfie of the evening and posted it on Instagram with the hashtag #BeZact. The winner received an iPad Mini care of Zact toothpaste.

Best in Fun Footwear

Winner: Laureen Uy, fashion

Nothing draws attention like a bold statement shoe. SM’s Parisian and Milanos spotted the guest wearing the most eye-catching footwear and awarded them Best in Fun Footwear. The winner received P15,000 worth of gift certificates from SM Store.

King of Social Media

Winner: Ryuji Shiomitsu, fashion stylist

Tattoo presented the King of Social Media award to the guest whose photo, posted online with the hashtag #TattooLTE, not only captured the image of breakneck speed, but also garnered the most number of likes. The winner came home with a free 24-month postpaid plan from Tattoo.
