Young design makes a comeback on the small screen

New blood is always welcome in the fashion industry, hence Mega magazine’s longest-running pursuit for discovering up-and-coming designers. Enter Gen M: Generation Mega, the new name for the Mega Young Designers Competition, which is making a big comeback this year but as a fashion reality TV show. A total of 18 promising fashion designers were chosen to battle it out in a series of design challenges following the general theme, “Proud to Be Me.” It was a night of glitz and glamour during the launch held at Republiq Club in Newport City, which was filled with the who’s who of the fashion industry, all garbed in their TV-worthy attire.

Now, who will make the cut?
