Clutch Play

- JR Isaac -

It was a night of flamboyance at Rhett Eala: Celebrating 20 Years, recently held at Whitespace. Female guests who paraded their best ensembles for this affair simply looked fittingly elegant. Most preferred to play up their garb in sophisticated accessories such as statement neck-laces, flashy bangles or chunky cocktail rings. But the best armor for the night was the clutch bag, which goes to show that the first style commandment, “a lady can’t go out without a clutch in tow,” is still fervently followed.
