Not your '90s grunge

Grunge is experiencing a moment — yet again — but it’s not the hard-edged sort we toyed around with in high school during the ’90s.
Instead this sweeter, younger incarnation involves a new kind of playbook, one that mixes bohemian, preppy and ’80s elements, along with the usual plaids and stripes.
Layer a double-breasted cardi with camo, pants and a loose white tee.
On the girls side, counter thigh-high leg wear with a granny sweater and houndstooth scarf.
Cool weather, a brand new season and plenty of new clothes call for a new approach. And this fairweather style is just the thing.
