Flaming lips

Thanks to the flood of fresh-faced freckled young stars (we tip our fedoras to the likes of Emma Watson and Dakota Fanning), who know better than to spackle on the orange tanner and heavy liner like some drugged-out, washed-out, Lohan-esque figure, pretty, playful makeup has taken its rightful place — front and center — on the red carpet.
