The Mystery Shampoo Challenge Week 2: Bottle star
MANILA, Philippines - It’s on TV, blogs and print but nobody really knows what it is. When I came out with a short piece on the beauty company’s soon-to-be-released but yet unrevealed mystery shampoo last week, I got a lot of feedback. Friends called to make their own guesses. I also received a text from a friend who works in P&G’s I.T. department. “You know more than I do,” he said.
Apparently, hush-hush is something they take seriously at P&G.
But they’re not strict when it comes to reactions from chosen mystery shampoo challengees. All comments are welcome. I asked my sister to give the shampoo and conditioner combo a go and she’s been pretty satisfied — this coming from a girl who’s extremely picky about what she puts in her hair.
I’m on my second week into using the unrevealed formula and hope am not just imagining how my hair feels healthier and thicker. For someone who has limp, fine hair, anything that makes my hair look Latina lush is, itself, a revelation.
The big reveal is supposed to be this week. With the words “World’s No. 1” attached to teasers, everyone has a hunch.
