Wellness in a cup of Nescafé

MANILA, Philippines - Since this was going to be my first trip to Bicol I prepared well for it. Several days before I left I tasted some laing and Bicol express, which I was told are the hottest dishes in the province. I also had my fill of sweet pili nuts, to cap the spicy Bicolandia dishes.

On the day we left, I picked up the CD of Myrus’ album to keep me company on the plane ride to Bicol.

It was a sunny morning when our group got to the Camsur Watersports Complex (CWC) for the Nescafé Body Experience. I dropped my bags in my room and headed out to the pool to get some sun.  

On the opening night I had loads of fun watching the performance of the Tribu Manila band, the deft fire dancing by two Nescafé Body Partner performers. My night was made even more exciting when I joined the party games where loads of prizes were given out to the winners.

There were booths spread throughout the complex that gave away free Nescafé Body Partner coffee, to the delight of the attendees who wanted to have a taste of the wellness lifestyle. Relaxing massages were offered, there were facilities for iPod docking and Internet browsing which were available for all guests.
