Music to my ears

- JR Isaac -

Music indeed makes people come together and this was evident as electronica aficionados trooped to A. Venue Hall in Makati to witness as Nokia, together with cutting-edge Filipino DJ group, Local//:e!, launched its newest music player, the Nokia 5310 XpressMusic.

The Nokia 5310 XpressMusic is a mobile music player like no other. Offering up to 18 hours of music playback, it has dedicated music keys to conveniently play back tracks and browse album art. With an in-box 1GB microSD card expandable up to 4GB, it also contains enough memory for up to 3,000 songs of any format. The drag-and-drop feature also makes synchronizing to your computer very easy. Big on music, it’s also remarkable for its small size.

Class act

Bayo has always been synonymous with classic ease and one of Manila’s most influential fashion brands. The brand is famous for dressing the most discriminating personalities throughout the years — Lea Salonga, Danielle Cojuangco, Barbie Almalbis and Kitchie Nadal.

For holiday 2007, the brand introduces evolutionary changes not only to the three parts of their much-coveted collection — the basic, the trendy and the young. It also introduces its newest endorser and fabulously proud Pinay, KC Concepcion.

Bayo is a brand built on basic items. It is never boring, always known for its timeless,  essential yet affordable clothes with a smattering of quality trendy pieces. It has always encouraged mixing and matching to suit a variety of fashion personalities. It is as much for the young as it is for the old, both the conservative and the daring.
