Hot summer nights are ready to make Manila’s party scene sizzle with the by-invitation-only launch of Absolut Apeach, which was the perfect way to kick off the sultry season. The event, aptly dubbed "Absolut Surrender," brought everyone to a Pacific paradise with the Bali-Hai theme. Fort Bonifacio’s The Island was transformed into a tropical paradise as guests were escorted in with a giant multi-tiered Indonesian umbrella, ushered like royalty and greeted by a multitude of sights and sounds.
The evening’s host and an assemblage of models dressed in the majestic hues of the sunset welcomed the guests. The mysterious Sho-ji pathway opened to a full-gospel choir singing ’70s hit songs as models stripped off their flowing caftans to reveal Eddie Baddeo’s fabulous summer collection. The highlight of the event was a giant chandelier made of Absolut Apeach bottles descending from 40 feet above amidst a shower of sparks. The majestic unveiling set the mood for a night of partying and endless dancing to the creative mixes of DJs Angelo Villanueva and Steven Lovina.
Absolut Apeach is the latest addition to the Absolut family of flavored vodka with a full-bodied peach taste but without the heavy sugar of peach liqueur. Apeach is definitely the drink for the summer  be it on the rocks or prepared in a multitude of ways.

What is your preferred cocktail this summer?
This summer it would be Absolut Vanilla or Apeach with Sprite since I always like to add the taste of vodka to my drink. Four Seasons is on my top list, too, since the taste is good and refreshing.

By a man with a full-on Spartan outfit with great set of abs and no need to shake it because it will be shaken my own way.
