The IMAX theater experience is finally here at the sprawling SM Mall of Asia. The promise of IMAXs celebrated immersive, experiential cinematic technology attracted a dazzling array of personalities all excited to hear more, see more, and feel more. A massive, snow-capped, man-made mountain complete with synthetic snow welcomed guests from the parking lot into the fabulous lobby as guests were treated to sumptuous cocktails and live music.
The guests were then led into the cavernous San Miguel Coca-Cola theater with its 600 plush recliner seats and one of the worlds biggest 3D movie screens, which is eight storeys high! We were treated to the showing of prehistoric spectacular T-Rex followed by the award-winning film Everest.
With upcoming 3D Hollywood films such as Happy Feet and Superman Returns, which is scheduled for June 28, its time to head over to SM Mall of Asia for your very own Imax experience.
