Although Shakespeare championed all human conditions in the most timeless way, he should have pondered the poignancy of variety. After all, a rose is not by any other name just a rose. There are actually varieties such as American Beauty, Elizabeth Taylor, Pretty Polly, Nozomi, Robin Redbreast, etc. Some of them don’t even look like roses – the Robin Redbreast looks more like a demure hyacinth despite the porn star moniker.
So where is this babbling headed? Well, one can say that variety can be either fun or inundating.
I remember when I was living in restaurant world NY. I’d stress myself out because I wanted to eat in every restaurant that had just opened – there was always one opening every five minutes. Well, the same goes for cell phones. I mean they aren’t even phones anymore. They’re like appendages you need to become a progressive member of modern civilization. So it’s all about priorities: some need planners, some a no-frills text machine and others just being the size of a walnut is enough to besot trend geeks. However, the mother of all cell phones has now been released: the Motorola Razr V3i.
