V-bar was flooded with Tanqueray Gin to honor Manila’s stunning personalities. The clear liquid was served endlessly in creative mixes such as apple and chocolate martinis. The night’s stunning personalities danced and grooved to house music with glasses in hand and not a bit of gin spilled. The awarded personalities included the charming and witty Angel Jacob, Manila’s top stylist Juan Sarte, Ideal People’s Jack De Mesa, photographer Steve Tirona, and the talented Young Designers Guild, proudly displayed their individuals creativeness on mannequins. With the discriminating taste of Tanqueray Gin that matches the congregation of highly regarded individuals that night; I observed those who showed up without someone on their arms. And to satisfy my curiosity on the scene or the lack of scene in dating, I hypothetically asked these well-sought ladies and a dashing gentleman the question regarding their negotiating skills with dating. 

MARGA VALDES

The person very much in love with you is rich, highly spiritual, mature and intelligent BUT has a face a mother can only love. Negotiable or non-negotiable?

Negotiable and yes, I will go out with him because with today’s technology you can change the superficial aspect of it.

JUAN SARTE
