24/7 LOGBOOK - Janine Cuenca-Dario, JR Isaac -
This payday weekend is expected to be crazy! We highly suggest that you step out of your cocoon and paint the town red! Plan your itinerary by checking out these destinations and events the city has lined up for all you crepuscular creatures.

Do something different this weekend by going solo. This is socially acceptable nowadays for men and women but remember to keep safe! Bar hop and explore the city to see what’s happening, where it’s happening and who’s happening. Log off from hours of Friendstering and meet some people in the flesh!

Prepare for the weekend with de-stressing activities such as a good workout or detoxification session at your favorite spa. Bring out your favorite drop-dead gorgeous outfit and those killer shoes, and the city is yours. Take with you a good knowledge of current events and a sense of humor. Good conversation, charm and wit are always a big plus. Be aware that your alcohol consumption tends to increase when you go solo, so watch that drink!

Strategically speaking, it’s much easier to meet people if you sit by the bar. Be creative when striking a conversation especially with your desired object of the night. World AIDS Day is coming in December and it’s a reminder for us all to keep safe and be responsible in all aspects of our lifestyle. Your primary goal is to meet people and have a roaring fun night!

To guide you on your journey, we have developed a new and exciting way to get your 24/7 Magazine anytime, anywhere! Smart, Talk n Text and Addict Mobile users just need to follow these easy steps through text or SMS:

1. Type 24/7 and send to 209.

2. You will receive a message on the available 24/7 services. Choose among the services. GIGS turns on your subscription to the daily events calendar in text or SMS. ZINE allows you to subscribe to the 24/7 mobile magazine every two weeks. This contains photos and condensed articles. COVER provides you a list of cover art from the 24/7 cover photographs that you can use as wallpaper. Type GIGS, ZINE or COVER and send to 209.

3. If you typed ZINE, it will give you the WAP site from which to download the magazine. Choose options, use detail and web address. Then choose options and go to.

It’s that simple. You now have your nocturnal navigator with you wherever you go.

E-mail us at twentyfourseven@myreal box.com about your weekend to tell us how you’ve done this week and what you discovered in Mad Manila!
