Posh like Becks

Sporty Spice may have been my least favorite Spice Girl, not because she dated Adam Sandler who personally makes me belch, nor her orthodontically-challenged set of chompers. Well OK, maybe it was that. However if there is one thing that made her part of fashion history it may have been her tracksuits that have found their way into mainstream fashion land.

Althletic chic is big. I'm not talinking Jersey with European football teams in them, but rock star athletica. That beautiful Beckham with his unfortunate speech pattern and glorious exterior will be that future fashion icon for my remains-to-be-seen husband to be.

A mix of valiumed denims (ultra-relaxed), hardened with some chains, cheered up by some bandanas (not to be worn a la Springsteen – not that kind of rock n’ roll), worker man tops (something about those men who know how to work hard) and slippers or sneaks, as I always say, fashion is the ultimate pick up line!

So to spin that rock star athlete look with style – you can just bend it like Beckham!
