Ben Cronin is about to finish high school, blessed with great friends, a swimming scholarship to Stanford, and a wonderful girlfriend, Amy. He’s got it made, until a new girl—the alluring Madison—comes into the picture. She grows obsessed with Cronin and his entire life begins to unravel. He is kicked off the swim team for allegedly taking steroids and is accused of endangering Amy’s life. Cronin is sure that Madison is at fault, so he begins to investigate the mystery girl and uncovers her dark past.

Throughout his life, Dizzy Harrison has never been cool, let alone popular. So for his last year in High School, Dizzy decides that he needs to get rid of his embarrassing reputation once and for all. He learns how to carry himself and he gets some tips on what to do to be considered "cool" from a couple of guys in the local jail. Now armed with his new persona, he transfers to a different school where he is instantly adored and welcomed. Perfect ending? Not quite. This hilarious movie takes a turn for the worst when someone from Dizzy’s past threatens to expose his well-kept secret.
